锌合金超声波除水口分离机器是利用超声波工艺进行切水口的，超声波除水口分离属于超声波焊接应用之一，超声波除水口分离效果良好，适合用15K2600W超声波设备进行焊接。
工作原理:
1.利用超声波原理将压铸好的金属件震落.
2.震落的金属件光滑、无毛刺.
3.用于锌合金、镁合金、铝合金等金属压铸件；亚克力钻、苯料钻、树脂钻、PC,AB钻等相关塑胶件的切割去水口加工，每次去水口在0.5-1S时间内完成，整版的材料只需1-2次就可切割完成，切割下来的工件表面光滑、无毛边.
