用途：
1、本机适用于离型纸、棉纸等基材涂布油性或水性压敏胶经烘干后与海绵、PE、EVA、布料等幅状或卷状材料复合.主要用于生产不干胶标签、双面胶带、泡沫胶带、导管胶带、牛皮纸胶带、遮蔽胶带、纤维胶带等。
2、主要使用原材料：
1）基材：离型纸（硅油纸），棉纸，薄膜（BOPP,CPP）等。 2）胶水：油性或水性压敏胶。溶剂型。
特点：
1、张力控制系统：整机收卷和放卷采用磁粉张力控制系统控制。
2、放卷架、收卷架和出烘道口各设有EPC气液自动纠偏装置各一套（共三套）。
3、烘箱安全系统：烘箱温度达到设定温度时，自动停止加温，低于设定温度时，自动加温，并设置了排风系统与加温系统的联锁电路，提高了生产的安全可靠性。
4、节能型烘箱：烘箱采用外置式电热吹风干燥，保温性能卓越，耗能低，热量均匀，应用智能数显PID可控硅控温系统，控温精度高。
