静液压试验机适用于各种塑料管材长期静液压试验、管材液压瞬时爆破试验和长期恒定耐压下热塑性管材耐破坏时间的测定。是各科研院所、质检部门及管材生产厂家必备的检测设备。

管材静液压试验机夹具是热塑性塑料管材（PP-R、PP-H、PP-B、PE、PVC-U、PE-RT、PE-XT)等管道系统静液压试验时管材端面密封装置，具有安装方便，结构简单、密封可靠等优点。
XGY-A型夹具，是管材静液压试验(耐压爆破试验)专用夹具（密封接头），其操作简单，密封可靠，装夹方便，是静液压试验(耐压爆破试验)的夹具（密封接头）。适用于热塑性塑料管材管件管道系统（给水、排水用硬聚氯乙烯PVC-U管材管件、聚乙烯PE管材、聚丙烯PP、PB管材、管件、压力管道系统、冷热水用无规共聚聚丙烯PP-R等）试验试样端面密封，规格适用于管材直径16-630mm的塑料管材。特殊规格的管材夹具可定做。
管材静液压试验机夹具夹具材质分为碳钢和不锈钢两种。完全符合GB/T 6111-2003≪液体输送用热塑性塑料管材耐内压试验方法≫中6.1中密封接头的规定。
1.碳钢夹具结构为:

4、管材静液压试验机夹具从种类上分为A型、B型两种密封夹具。
A 型 :与 试样刚性连接的密封接头，但两个密封接头彼此不相连接，因此静液压端部推力可以传递到试样中。
B 型 :用金属材料制造的承口接头，能确保与试样外表面密封，且密封接头通过连接件与另一密封接头相连，因此静液压端都推力不会作用在试样上。这种封头可由一根或多根金属拉杆组成，且试样两端在纵向能自由移动，以免试样由于受热膨胀而引起弯曲变形。
密封接头除夹紧试样的齿纹外，任何与试样表面接触的锐边都需修整。密封接头的组成材料不能
对试样产生不良影响。
一般来说，由于管材的形变应力的不同，采用B型封头的破坏时间比采用A型封头的破坏时间短
如无一定的预防措施，当试样在低于试验温度的环境下组装，B型封头易使试样弯曲变形。
根据 GB /T 18252-2000评价管材或管件材料性能的试验中，除非在相关标准中有特殊规定，否则应选用A型封头。
仲裁试验采用A型密封接头。

4, pipe hydrostatic test machine fixture from the type of A, Btype of two kinds of sealing fixture.
Type A: Sealed joints rigidly connected to the specimen, but thetwo seals are not connected to each other, so the hydrostatic endthrust can be transmitted to the specimen.
Type B: Metallic joint ensures that the outer surface of thespecimen is sealed, and the sealing joint is connected with anothersealing joint through the connector, so the hydrostatic end thrustwill not act on the specimen. The head can be composed of one ormore metal rods, and the two ends of the specimen can move freelyin the longitudinal direction to avoid bending deformation causedby thermal expansion of the specimen.
In addition to clamping the teeth of the specimen, the sharpedges of the sealing joint must be trimmed. The material of thesealing joint can not be made.
It has adverse effects on samples.
Generally speaking, the failure time of B-type head is shorterthan that of A-type head because of the different deformationstress of pipe.
Without certain precautions, when the specimen is assembled at atemperature lower than the test temperature, the B-type head willeasily bend the specimen.
According to GB/T 18252-2000 to evaluate the performance ofpipes or fittings, type A head should be selected unless there arespecial provisions in the relevant standards.
The A seal joint is used in the arbitration test.
